Here are songs that I think are pretty appropriate for Digimon 02. I found more for 01 but oh well. ^^;

Most songs have romantic themes, so some of these songs imply such things, but the way I'm looking at them, they're generally not meant in a romantic way (y'know I'm anti-romance or something ^_^.). What I'm getting at is, if you can't understand why I'd ascribe a particular song to a particular character/situation, then try reading it in a way other than the obvious meaning.
